Bloomin' Lovely Flower Farm
Refund Policy
Bloomin’ Lovely Flower Farm – Refund Policy (UK)
This short policy summarises how refunds work for purchases made through our website. It sits alongside your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. It does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Perishable items (fresh flowers)
-
Fresh flowers and other clearly perishable items are generally non‑refundable once prepared and dispatched, as they cannot be returned in the same condition.
-
If your flowers arrive damaged, in poor condition, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
-
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund, depending on the issue and in line with your statutory rights.
2. Non‑perishable products
-
For non‑perishable items (for example, vases, gifts or accessories bought online), you may have a 14‑day cancellation period from the day after you receive your order if you are a UK consumer.
-
If you wish to cancel, you must let us know within this period and return the items to us in their original, unused condition (unless they are faulty).
-
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund of the item cost (and the basic delivery cost where required by law) using your original payment method.
3. Workshops, events and services
-
Refunds for workshops, courses and other paid services will follow the specific cancellation terms shown at the time of booking (for example, notice periods or non‑refundable deposits), alongside your statutory rights.
-
If we cancel an event or service (for example due to illness, extreme weather, or low numbers), you will be offered a transfer, credit or refund.
4. Faulty or misdescribed items
-
If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, repeat service or refund under UK law.
-
Please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue so we can put things right.
